Pauline is happy to undertake commissions, designing to your specific requirements. A budget limit must be agreed at the start and 10% of this budget is payable before design sketches are prepared. At all times the copyright and sketches remain the property of the designer.
Once a design and final cost has been approved, a levy will be payable to bring the total deposit to at least 50% of the final cost before production begins.
All work is hallmarked accordingly. Final payment will be required before despatch.

Terms and Conditions
Under the Direct Selling Regulations for Consumers legislation for items brought
to consumer specifications, it is unlikely you will be able to receive a refund
for a commission.
